       GNSS satellite refresh rate is low and the signal is easily blocked or interrupted, resulting in GNSS signal loss. The integrated navigation system of GNSS+INS can make up for these problems, and the high-precision INS can keep working in a short time when GNSS loses lock.

GNSS+INS combined navigation is widely used in large unmanned aerial vehicles, mobile mapping, geographic information collection, urban intelligent transportation and other applications due to its sustainable navigation, high precision and high autonomy.

Our integrated navigation ER-GNSS/MINS-01 has ultra-high precision at the surveying and mapping level. It can provide continuous and high-precision position, velocity and attitude (roll, pitch and yaw) information.

**Mapping-level high-precision navigation**

The integrated navigation information provided has a roll and pitch accuracy of up to 0.01° and post-processing of 0.004°. The heading can reach 0.05°, 0.01° after post-processing, and the speed accuracy can reach 0.03m/s.

Supports RTK positioning, can automatically identify RTCM, and enter RTK state.

In the case of RTK interruption for 30 seconds, the roll and pitch accuracy can be maintained at 0.01°, and the heading accuracy can be maintained at 0.01°. The position is maintained at 0.2m and the height is maintained at 0.08m.

**High-precision core components**

Built-in high-performance navigation-grade MEMS gyroscope and accelerometer, the gyroscope measurement range is ±200°/s, and the bias instability is <0.02°/h. The accelerometer measurement range is ±60g, and the bias instability (Allen curve) is <2ug.

**Full-band full-system**

The built-in dual-antenna positioning and orientation GNSS module supports all major global satellite navigation systems (GPS/BDS/GLONASS/Galileo/QZSS), and can perform high-precision and rapid positioning and orientation. At the same time, it is compatible with all frequency points, and can obtain the best positioning effect at any location in the world.

The built-in satellite receiver has strong anti-interference ability, can still provide accurate positioning in complex electromagnetic environments, and also supports a variety of communication interfaces.

**Small size and light weight**

The size is only 65×70×45.5mm, the weight is less than 300g, and the aluminum alloy shell is used to ensure reliability. And the operating temperature range can reach -40°C to 80°C, which is suitable for most working environments.

From attitude to flight control, IMU protects drone flight in all aspects

 


IMU provides key flight data for drones, which can help drones achieve multiple functions such as attitude control, navigation, flight control, etc. The data provided is used by the flight control system to generate control instructions, make quick responses during flight, maintain stability, and achieve precise flight control.

Now we have an IMU ER-MIMU-03Mini, which is small in size, light in weight, and has low power consumption, which is very suitable for drones that pursue long-range and lightweight.

**Small size, easy to install**

The volume is 40*40*42 (with shell)/27*26*34 (without shell), and the weight is 120g (with shell)/80g (without shell). The compact and small design can be easily installed in the drone.

**High-precision sensor**

The built-in gyroscope has a measurement range of 400º/s, bias instability (1σ 25℃) <0.3 º/h, and angular velocity random walk <0.125°/√h. The accelerometer has a measurement range of 30g, bias stability (10s 1σ) <50ug, and bias repeatability is 100ug.

The measured data supports the flight control system to detect the attitude changes of the drone in real time. The data provided by the IMU, combined with other sensor data, helps determine the position and direction of the drone.

**OEM Customization Service**

This IMU adopts modular design, and we also provide OEM customization service.

The IMU can be connected to the user system and obtain data with simple operation, without using the 15-pin plug we provide. At the same time, by removing the bottom plate shell, the size and weight of our product can be greatly reduced.

Integrated multiple sensors, IMU helps drones fly stably

 

Sensors are the core components of drone flight control systems, responsible for collecting data about the drone and its surroundings, such as the drone’s position, speed, attitude, and other information.

Common sensors include gyroscopes, accelerometers, magnetometers (compasses), barometers (altimeters), and GPS modules. Most IMUs only integrate gyroscopes and accelerometers.

We currently have an IMU ER-MIMU-16 that integrates sensors such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, magnetometers, and barometers, making it ideal for drones.

**Integration of multiple high-performance sensors**

Gyroscope: dynamic measurement range ±450º/s, bias instability 0.3º/h, angular velocity random walk 0.15º/√h;

Accelerometer: dynamic measurement range ±30g, bias instability 10ug, bias repeatability 100ug;

The angular velocity and acceleration data provided by the gyroscope and accelerometer can be used to obtain information such as the attitude, speed, and displacement of the drone through system calculation.

Magnetometer: dynamic measurement range ±2.5Gauss, measures the data of the magnetic field to be borne, and provides the magnetic north direction.

Barometer: pressure range 450~1100mbar, by measuring the atmospheric pressure, the data provided can assist the flight control system in navigating the drone to the required height.

The data provided by the IMU can help the flight control system monitor the attitude changes of the drone in real time and achieve stability control.

**Lightweight design, easy to install**

This IMU has a volume of 47×44×14mm, a thickness of only 14mm, and a weight of 50g. It can be easily installed in various types of drones.

**SPI communication interface**

The most cost-effective choice: full-frequency, full-system positioning and orientation

 


The GNSS integrated navigation system can make up for the shortcomings of GNSS when the signal is blocked or interrupted and the problem of low satellite refresh rate, aiming to improve the accuracy and reliability of navigation.

Our integrated navigation ER-GNSS/MINS-05 is the most cost-effective one. It has high reliability and reasonable price. It can provide continuous and high-precision position, heading, speed and attitude information.

**High-precision positioning and orientation**

The product has a highly reliable and low-cost MEMS gyroscope (measurement range is ±450°/s, bias instability <2°/h) and accelerometer (measurement range is ±16g, bias instability <25ug).
